The Hard Truth

60%

Of victims don’t file a police report

60%

Of perpetrators have at least one prior conviction.

13%

of all students experience rape or sexual assault through physical force, violence, or incapacitation (among all graduate and undergraduate students)

As a community, we can get through this.

Unite as Neighbors

Keep an eye out for unusual activity. Be a good neighbor and make it known if you see anything happening to someone. If it feels safe to do so, get a video or picture of any attacker to provide to police and the city councilor.

Stay Alert

Be alert when you are walking. Look online for tips on how you can minimize any potential attacks.

If you are a victim or wish to report an incident, please alert community leaders and law enforcement. It is recommended to speak to a female officer trained in working with sexual assault victims.
